For more than four decades, Ferrari-Carano has brought Italian elegance to California through its vivacious, aromatic white wines and robust, nuanced Cabernet Sauvignons. Inspired by wine’s singular ability to bring people together around the table, Ferrari-Carano offers a wealth of culinary experiences to visitors at its Sonoma home and across the country via its partnership with The Pasta Queen, Nadia Caterina Munno.

The gorgeous pairing between the winery and Nadia has resulted in fantastic recipes that combine simple, organic ingredients with Ferrari-Carano wines, like Whipped Ricotta Pesto with Pistachios paired with Fumé Blanc and Cream of Shrimp & Lemon Pasta with Pinot Grigio. Ferrari-Carano’s vividly aromatic white wines are a natural match for Nadia’s recipes, which harness fresh ingredients to create dishes and pairings that transcend the senses.

Today, Ferrari-Carano’s award-winning wines, including Fumé Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignons and PreVail, are born from the estate’s 1,200 acres of certified sustainable vineyards across six AVAs. In homage to its Italian roots, Ferrari-Carano also produces an Italian Pinot Grigio that showcases the bright, citrusy aromas and flavors that make the variety so beloved on both sides of the Atlantic.

Founded by second-generation Italian Americans Don and Rhonda Carano, Ferrari-Carano also welcomes visitors daily to its verdant Sonoma home for tastings on Il Terrazzo overlooking vineyards, under the Fontana Pergolas by a bubbling fountain or in the Enoteca, located in the underground cellar, where local specialties and pairings inspired by The Pasta Queen are available.
